Our Community Minibus at Moray School Bank
Our new Community Minibus has just arrived at MSB HQ! We are really excited to be able to allow the community to use our new minibus for a suggested donation, offering support to the community at an affordable price.
The minibus is ready to be booked by families, groups, charities and businesses for days out and events. It is fully insured and covered by breakdown insurance. It is £85 per day for the community including groups and charities and is £120 per day for business use. All users are responsible for covering the cost of the fuel they use. To book the bus please follow the steps below:
- Choose your date
- Choose your main driver and get a licence check code – click here to access your code
- Download and complete the drivers insurance form below
- Take a picture of the front and back of their drivers licence
- Click BOOK NOW below and complete your booking – you will be asked to upload your insurance form and driving licence photos
We will check the driving licence for endorsements and then we will confirm your booking. There is no limit to the number of drivers, however we ask that groups keep it to a minimum. Additional drivers can be arranged once your booking is confirmed. All drivers must be over 25 years old and have held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years. Should a driver have endorsements, the management will consider whether the driver is accepted and advise accordingly, this decision is final and is not negotiable. All drivers are responsible for a £250 excess should there be any damage to the vehicle whilst they are using it.
Our Minibus has 17 seats, which means it will carry 16 passengers and the driver, 2 passengers in the from cab and 14 passengers in the back of the minibus.
The bus will be offered to you full of fuel and clean and tidy, we ask that you return the bus in the same way, please ensure that you have cleaned out any mess left behind by passengers prior to returning the vehicle. If cleaning is required their will be a £50 cleaning fee.
The bus is regularly maintained and has a safety check every 13 weeks, is serviced regularly and MOT’d each year. Please advise us of any issues that arise while using the vehicle so we can ensure they are corrected immediately.

We have designed the process to make it easy and bookable online – so click the link and choose your date, once you have completed your booking we will then do driving licence checks and if all is ok we will confirm your booking.
It is a full day booking and we can be flexible with the pick up and drop off times as long as they fit in with previous or subsequent bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY – all bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the booking and the payment will be refunded minus a £10 admin fee. Any cancellation that is within 48 hours prior to the booking will be charged full cost and no refund will be offered.
